UI version comparison

Applicable to Cosmos React applications

Pega Platform version 8.7 expands the scope of Cosmos React, a modernized UI.

Cosmos React is the newest version of the Cosmos design system that, paired with a view-based architecture, offers superior efficiency and responsiveness, but supports a different feature set than the classic Theme Cosmos. By learning about the limitations of each framework, you can better choose the UI that fits the needs of your business.

The following table presents recommended uses for the two UI architectures.
