Creating a portal
Deliver a user experience that matches the needs of each user group by setting up portals. Portals are highly configurable interfaces that can help you to define how personas interact with your application.
You can create a dedicated portal for each persona, and populate each portal with prefabricated components that help users complete their tasks.In the navigation pane of App Studio, click Channels, and then click Portal.
On the New Portal interface page, provide a meaningful name and description for the portal.
Define the structure of your portal:
Choices Actions With a header and a navigation pane Hover over the Header, Left widget, and then click Configure.
In the Header widget list, select the widget that you want to use as the header.
In the Menu widget list, select the widget that you want to use as the menu.
In the Default content (show on startup) list, select the page that you want to display by default.
Click Submit.
With a header Hover over the Header widget, and then click Configure.
In the Header widget list, select the widget that you want to use as the header.
In the Default content (show on startup) list, select the page that you want to display by default.
Click Submit.
With a bottom bar Hover over the Mobile - Slide Up widget, and then click Configure.
In the Footer widget list, select the widget that you want to use as the footer.
In the Default content (show on startup) list, select the page that you want to display by default.
Click Submit.
Click Save.
