Enabling table personalization
Improve productivity by giving users the option to save specific table configurations as reusable profiles.
For example, users can set up a product list to show only discounted items arranged by price, and then save the new profile for future use.In the section form, click the table, and then click the View properties icon.
In the Layout properties window, for the Optimize code parameter, select the Allow check box.
Hierarchical table layouts are optimized by default. For more information, see Enabling additional hierarchical table settings.
For the Personalize table parameter, select the Allow check box.
In the Default view name field, enter a name for the default design view.

To automatically save a personalized view, select the Save personalization automatically check box.
Click Submit.
Click Save.
- Configuring the table toolbar
Configure the toolbar so that application users can interact with the table at run time, set a personalized view, and save it. The toolbar also presents a summary of the operations, for example, it indicates that columns are grouped by fields.

Help users access and compare nested data with a Hierarchical table layout. Hierarchical table layouts support expandable rows, which can provide you with a more compact view of your data.
- Enabling the table columns visibility toggle
Enable the table columns visibility toggle so that application users can hide or show table columns at run time.
- Enabling row height adjustment for a table
Enable row height adjustment, so that application users can choose the size of the table rows.
- Enabling the refresh view button for a table
Enable the Refresh option for a table so that users can reload the table data while retaining the personalization options that they applied, such as filtering or hiding the columns.
- Adding custom actions to the table toolbar
Add custom actions to the table toolbar so that the users can quickly access functions that they need and use frequently.
