Viewing Customer Engagement Trends in Pega Sales Automation
The Customer Engagement Trends feature allows you to see how your contacts interact with your organization. When you have insight into this data, you can use it to build relationships with your contacts. Trend data can also tell you about the effectiveness of a certain campaign. For example, you can see how many times a contact has emailed your organization.
How to view Customer Engagement Trends
In this example, you will use the Apollo Systems organization. Perform these steps to see trend data for the Apollo Systems Organization:
- Import the sample data.
- Add a domain to the organization.
- Review the organization Trend tab.
Importing the sample data
