Finding your next-best-customers is hard – especially when you do not have lots of data about them. Companies try to personalize prospecting by developing segments and personas that are based on publicly available data, but that requires manual effort and guesswork.

With Pega's Lookalike Audiences capability you can expand the reach of your next best actions on paid channels, using your best customers to find your next-best-customers.

With Lookalike Audiences, Google and Facebook identify similarities between customers already in your existing paid audiences – like search history, shared connections, similar likes, or demographics. They then use that information to generate a Lookalike Audience, finding prospects that look alike your existing customers so you can target them with an appropriate next best action.
