Empower business users to easily define eligibility rules (8.2)

Updated on May 3, 2021

Eligibility rules can be complex and time-consuming – combining credit scores, zip codes, product holdings, purchase dates, loyalty status, and hundreds of other data points… But you no longer need to be a Java or Regex expert to get the job done.

With the latest release of Pega Infinity™, Pega has empowered the business user – launching a new wizard-based approach to eligibility rules, which dramatically improves the ease of use with pre-built and intuitive “and/or” logic embedded directly into the Next-Best-Action Designer workflow.

Eligibility criteria can be managed at both the Group and Offer level. That way, you will ensure not only that the customer is eligible for every offer they see, but also that each offer is sensible based on the customer’s current context.
