Simplified deal registration

If you have ever been involved in the deal registration process, you may have endured your fair share of headaches. Who is working on that deal again? Was that managed by partner X or partner Y? Lack of visibility into channel sales activities might lead to serious consequences across your indirect pipeline. By using Pega’s new deal registration capability, this process is simplified and streamlined.

Sellers register a deal and can only start working on it after it has been approved by the channel manager. This removes the risk of channel conflicts, while also providing insight into your partners’ activity and performance at every step of their selling journey.

Automated sharing across channels

The power of PRM lies within what is communicated across your channels. Pega’s automated sharing capability provides a unified view of contacts, accounts, and organizations. Whenever an organization is shared by channel managers, all associated accounts and contacts are automatically shared across your partner network. And, if channel managers choose to assign deals to specific partners or resellers, they can bulk share this information in just one click. All in all, this connected data means more time for your partners to spend growing your business.

Mobile partner portals

We know that you and your partners are often on-the-go. Beyond just a personalized portal, you need a PRM tool that works whenever and wherever you are. Pega’s 8.2 personalized portals allow partner sellers and channel managers to access their respective portals directly on their mobile devices.
