Raise the bar on personalization with Next-Best-Treatments (8.2)

It takes more than just a great offer to get a customer conversion. Creative images, text, content, layout, and so on - all that makes a huge difference, but unless it is personalized for the individual, it may not resonate.

Before, marketers were forced to spend weeks creating dozens of variations, relying on A/B testing, to determine the optimal combination for each customer and channel. It was slow, inefficient, and prone to bias.

But with the latest release of Pega Infinity™, Pega has introduced Next-Best-Treatments. We have given users the ability to create treatments in a user-friendly fashion, and to leverage AI to convert A/B testing into an adaptive, machine-learned process.

More specifically, we enable the user to:

  • Link multiple treatments to each offer.
  • Auto-generate adaptive models.
  • Automatically score and select customers.
  • Present treatments via real-time containers and collect responses.
  • Evolve from A/B testing to adaptive learning.
