Originally introduced in v8.3, and then refined in v8.4, 1:1 Operations Manager is now generally available in v8.5, empowering users to:
- Submit, prioritize, and manage change requests for actions, engagement policies, and treatments
- Create and update experiences across web, email, SMS, agent-assisted, and mobile channels
- Validate and deploy changes into production without overwhelming QA
