Submit, Prioritize, and Manage Change Requests with 1:1 Operations Manager (8.5)

1:1 Operations Manager provides users with a change management module inside Pega Customer Decision Hub – making it easier for business users to manage change requests, and for cross-functional teams to get work done.

Originally introduced in v8.3, and then refined in v8.4, 1:1 Operations Manager is now generally available in v8.5, empowering users to:

  • Submit, prioritize, and manage change requests for actions, engagement policies, and treatments
  • Create and update experiences across web, email, SMS, agent-assisted, and mobile channels
  • Validate and deploy changes into production without overwhelming QA
