Send email securely by using Microsoft Graph (8.6)

To ensure that your Microsoft Office 365 email account sends email securely, Pega Platform now supports sending emails by using Microsoft Graph. For more robust authentication, you can configure an OAuth 2.0 authentication profile with a client credentials or password credentials grant type.

Many organizations are transitioning to more secure protocols. This enhancement provides you with a secure option for sending email that complies with your organization’s security policy.

You configure Microsoft Graph for outgoing email in the Sender section of the email account form, as shown in the following figure.
