Adding groups

You can add as many groups as you want to combine like items, such as applications, into a single entry.

  1. In the header of Pega Workforce Intelligence, click AdministrationApplication.
  2. On the Application Administration page, click the application, website, or reason code.
  3. Click Select Group.
  4. On the list of groups, type the name of the new group, and then click Create to add it.
Result: Workforce Intelligence adds the new group to the list.
