Adding items to groups

Assign similar items to groups if you want to view multiple items as a single entry during analysis and for reporting purposes.

  1. In the header of Pega Workforce Intelligence, click AdministrationApplication.
  2. On the Application Administration page, click the application, website, or reason code that you want to add to a group, and then click Select Group.
  3. On the list of groups, click the group into which you want to assign this application, website, or reason code.
