Adding opportunity and workflow tags to screens

Updated on September 15, 2021

Add opportunity and workflow tags directly to screens from Screen Administration.

  1. In the header of Pega Workforce Intelligence, click AdministrationScreen.
  2. Review the time period selected in the top-right corner of the page, and select a different time period if you want to view applications for a different range of dates.
  3. Optional: Because you can only add tags for an application that has screen rules turned on, sort the list using the on state.
  4. Optional: Using the search fields at the top of the list, enter text to find the application you want. For example:
Enter search terms to find applications
Shows billing as a search term to find a billing application.
  5. Click the application for which you want to add tags.
Result: The list of applications is replaced with the list of screens for the application you selected. If needed, you can return to the list of applications using the navigation link in the top-left corner. For example:
    Return to applications list
Shows a back arrow link to return to the list of
                                applications.
  6. From the list of screens at the top of the page, next to the screen you want, click the More options icon and click Tag. For example:
    Add tags option
More options icon highlighted and Tag option displayed
  7. In the Tag dialog box, complete these steps:
    1. Click in the Tags field to display a list of available opportunity and workflow tags.
    2. In the Tags search box, type text to find a tag and then select the check box to add the tag.
    3. Continue to select the check boxes for each tag you want to add.
    4. Click Submit.
Result: Workforce Intelligence displays the tags you selected in the Tags column.
