Assign opportunity tags to help you more quickly identify various types of opportunities, such as excessive use of instant messaging, time spent in legacy applications, or time spent documenting activities that could instead be automatically generated. You assign begin and end workflow tags to define where workflows start and stop. For more information, see Adding workflow tags.

1. In the header of Pega Workforce Intelligence, click AdministrationApplication.
2. On the Application Administration page, click the Edit icon beside the type of application or website, such as Production or Other Work, to move it to the Application area.
3. Click the Edit icon in the Opportunity Tags column to assign a tag to an application or website.Result: Your selection also appears in the Tag column on the Screen Administration page. If you added multiple rules for the same display name, all of the tags you would like included for that display name should be on all rules.
