Customizing the reporting threshold for wait time

Updated on June 30, 2021

Customize the threshold that you want Pega Workforce Intelligence to use when creating the wait time reports that appear on the Wait Time Administration page and on the Wait Time Analysis page.

  1. In the header of Pega Workforce Intelligence, click AdministrationWait Time.
  2. On the Wait Time Administration page, click the Reporting Threshold field and specify the number of seconds to use as the baseline for including or excluding wait time intervals. The default is five (5) seconds.
For example: If the threshold is set to 15 seconds and it takes 17 seconds to load a webpage, then Workforce Intelligence will include the 17 seconds in its wait time reports. If the threshold is set to 15 seconds and it takes 12 seconds to load the webpage, then Workforce Intelligence excludes that time from its wait time reports.
  3. Click Save to record your change.
