Customizing the reporting threshold for wait time
Customize the threshold that you want Pega Workforce Intelligence to use when creating the wait time reports that appear on the Wait Time Administration page and on the Wait Time Analysis page.
- In the header of Pega Workforce Intelligence, click .
- On the Wait Time Administration page, click the Reporting Threshold field and specify the number of seconds to use as the baseline for including or excluding wait time intervals. The default is five (5) seconds.
- Click Save to record your change.
