Deleting custom configurations

Deleting a configuration removes that configuration from all departments, teams, and users that you have assigned to it. Those departments, teams, and users then inherit the configuration settings from their parent.

  1. In the header of Pega Workforce Intelligence, click AdministrationClient Configuration.
  2. On the Client Configuration page, locate the custom configuration that you want to delete.
  3. Click the Delete icon for that custom configuration.
  4. On the Confirmation window, click Delete.
