Disabling departments or teams

If your organization reorganizes and a department or team no longer exists, you can disable the department or team.

  1. In the header of Pega Workforce Intelligence, click AdministrationOrganization.
  2. On the Organization page, click the Departments tab, and then locate the department or team that you want to disable.
  3. Click the More options icon and then click Edit.

  4. On the Edit window, select the Disable Business Unit check box, as shown in this example:

  5. Click Submit.

    Note: The system includes department and team data in the results that it shows on the various Pega Workforce Intelligence pages if you enable the department or team at any point during the selected period. For historical reporting reasons, you cannot delete or remove a department or team.
