Implementing Single Sign-On
Implement enhanced security and single sign-on (SSO) capabilities with the SAML 2.0 support for the Pega Workforce Intelligence web portal.
If you choose to implement SSO, complete the prerequisite planning tasks and decide on your implementation method.
You can implement SSO using SAML-only or SAML with automatic sign in.
First, send your SAML XML file that details your federated metadata to the Workforce Intelligence Service Delivery Team. Service Delivery enables SAML in your Workforce Intelligence cloud environment, and provides a URN and Assertion Consumer URL that you add to your identity provider configuration.
- Planning a Single Sign-On implementation
Before implementing SSO, it is important to choose a specific implementation path from several options.
- Setting up Single Sign-On
After deciding how you want to implement SSO, you are ready to set it up.
- Signing in with an email and password
In case single sign-in (SS0) ever fails and users need to get in before SSO is fixed, you can set a backup option for users to sign in using their email and password.
