Managing wait time reporting

Enable the collection of wait time data and set reporting thresholds which determine what data is included on these reports.

Note: The Wait Time Administration page shows all of the data, including data which did not meet the threshold. The Wait Time Analysis page, however, only shows wait time totals that exceed the threshold and which have occurred at least 10 times within the entire company. So, you might see more wait time data on the Wait Time Administration page than on the Wait Time Analysis page.
