Managing workflow tags

Identify the starting and ending screens and applications of a specific workflow by using workflow tags.

A workflow with the tag Change Address might span the time required to perform the following actions:

  • Use the AdministrationWorkflow Tags option to configure when a workflow should be found. You can also use this option to update or delete a workflow tag.
  • Use the Administration Application option or the AdministrationScreen option to identify the screens and applications on which the workflow starts and ends.
  • Adding workflow tags

    You can identify the starting and ending screens and applications of a specific workflow.

  • Updating workflow tags

    If the starting and/or ending points of workflows change, you can update the workflow tags to reflect these changes.

  • Deleting workflow tags

    You can delete workflow tags that you no longer use.

  • Reviewing workflow tags

    Review workflow tags to see key details such as the number of applications to which a tag is assigned.
