You can map applications, website URLs, and custom Off Computer Reason Codes from the Unknown category to a descriptive category for analysis and reporting. You can also move an item from one category to another.

1. In the header of Pega Workforce Intelligence, click AdministrationApplication.
2. In the Application Administration page, select the row that contains the application, website URL, or Off Computer Reason Code that you want to map to a different work category.
3. Click the color-coded bar to indicate which work category this item should be moved to.
4. Click Save.
