Help business analysts go beyond applications and websites to see the specific windows and pages that associates are using by mapping screens.
With this deeper level of information, analysts gain greater insights into how associates spend their time. The Analysis page provides this information and is available to those assigned the Analyst role. To define what information those assigned to the Analyst role see, you use the Screen Administration page.
- Viewing application and screen information
While configuring and maintaining application and screen settings, it is important to be able to quickly review details for applications, such as whether screen rules are enabled and the category of the application. You can view such details from the Screen Administration page in Pega Workforce Intelligence.
- Adding screen rules
Add screen rules to make the display names of screens more descriptive on Analysis pages and reports for analysts and other business users.
- Editing screen rules
Update display names, workflow and opportunity tags, and other details for screen rules based on the changing needs of analysts and other business users.
- Adding opportunity and workflow tags to screens
Add opportunity and workflow tags directly to screens from Screen Administration.
- Disabling screen rules
To ensure that Pega Workforce Intelligence does not apply obsolete screen rules and negatively impact the experience of analysts and other business users, disable screen rules that are no longer applicable.
