Pega Call known issues

Pega Call 8.6 has the following known issues:

The Pega Call configuration wizard currently does not support embedded UI links.Use the CTI Links tab in Dev Studio or the CTI link setup tab in App Studio to create and edit embedded UI links.

If you are using Pega Call version 8.6.0 through 8.6.4, and you have any computer telephony integration (CTI) links created in Pega Call version 8.2.x or earlier, you might notice issues with the display of the call control panel.

This issue was resolved in Pega Call version 8.6.5.

Open and re-save the link configuration. You can do this in App Studio, by clicking SettingsPega CallCTI link setup.
