Pega Care Management Hotfixes

Hotfix number	Prerequisites	Description
HFIX-43477	Pega platform 7.4	The Edit and Delete icons are missing under Medications.
HFIX-40425	Pega platform 7.4	Hotfix Manager support for Pega Care Management 7.31.
HFIX-40424	Pega platform 7.31	Changes are required to address the following issues: Intervention logic can reference itself and create circular reference. Manually created concurrent reviews do not automatically close after an admission case close. An error occurs when you attempt to cancel recurring tasks after you cancel the first task. Users cannot add Record observation task type to a discharge case. All resolved tasks are not displayed in a completed filter in Patient 360 view. A confirmation message that an assessment task is `resolved-completed` is not displayed after you complete a post discharge follow up assessment. Recurring tasks with recurrence mode ”create and schedule all instances now” are not displayed in the Last engagement section.
