Adopting Pega Customer Service for Healthcare 8.7 features

After Pega updates your application to version 8.7, use the following table to identify the tasks that you must complete to prepare your environment to support Pega Customer Service for Healthcare version8.7.

Pega CRM for Healthcare 8.7 Feature Adoption for Pega Cloud
If updating from version 8.4 or later (a minor update), the update process requires no downtime. For additional information, see Understanding Pega Infinity updates for Pega Cloud Services.

  7. Migrating from Legacy Webchat to Web Messaging (Pega Customer Service)
  8. Handling recent cases issue in the General Category service cases (Pega Customer Service for Healthcare)
