Release 8.7 hotfixes
The following table lists the hotfix for Pega Customer Service for Healthcare 8.7.
Solution: Install HFix-83338 after you
import the application file (see the installation and upgrade
guides) and only if the environment where the PegaCRMHC 8.7
product jar is being installed uses DB2 as the
database.Hotfix number Prerequisites Description and solution HFIX-83338 None It has been observed that during the jar import, the DB2 database
treats some of the characters in the rule Labels(column: pyLabel) of
identified auto-generated paragraph rules as multi-byte characters.
Due to this issue, the size of the label content exceeds the actual
column size (64 bytes) in the database tables mentioned in the
guides.
