The Program Configurator feature that includes license configuration helps you manage and configure license components so you can bring solutions to market as soon as possible without development.

The enhanced activity plan feature now includes the ability to configure goals and tasks. You can create activity plan templates to use during ICM case creation.

Enhanced reporting features enable you to generate reports about the work done during a certain time. You can generate a Report of Investigation as a PDF file or a Microsoft Word document.
