Managing customer data to implement your GDPR and other regulations compliance strategy

Regulations, such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), might require you to perform specific actions on customer data, including personal information, decision results, and interaction history, when the customer requests it. For example, you might need to provide your customer with all of the information that you collected about them or delete information about them from your System of Record.
