Known issues in this release
This section describes the known issues that might occur in this release.
Issue ID | Title and Description | Suggested Resolution |
BUG-327765 | The Can't render the screen message appears in the search page when you expand a search result line item. This occurs only when a record is saved or updated, and the search page is open during the save or update. | Close the search page, and then open it again. |
BUG-543960 | The coverage level is not updating in the policy type calculation method. | Change the calculation method and select the policy type again to restore all coverage levels. |
BUG-636094 | In the PCS import wizard, after downloading the Microsoft Excel template for a particular entity type, for example, a benefit, you cannot download it again for the same or a different entity type. | Close the PCS import page, and then open it again from your worklist. |
BUG-640058 | When you edit a benefit within a product template, product, or plan and encounter a validation error while trying to save across networks, you cannot collapse or expand the networks. | Save and submit the changes that you made to the benefit for the expanded network. Return to the Configure benefits page, open the benefit again, and expand the networks. |
BUG-571673 | When you are in Smart Update, and you have configured a metadata batch that results in a required field having no value for the product template, product or plan that you are updating, the system displays an error. | Correct this error by configuring a new metadata batch and define one or more values for the metadata list field. If you do not correct the field that triggered the error on the reported entity, but configured a different batch type, then the system does not re-validate the metadata. |
BUG-643817 | When the same benefit is offered in both carve-out and a participating network of the product template, the product clone created in the smart update process does not show the benefits in the carve-out network. | No workaround |
ISSUE-89529 | You can create multiple SBC templates with the same name. There is no duplicate name check in place. The templates with the duplicate names will remain distinct from each other with regard to the other configured data. | Use a unique name for each SBC template. |
| Formatting limitations related to Summary of Benefit and Coverage (SBC) documents | Adjust your content so that the SBC document displays correctly. |
