Issues addressed in Pega Smart Claims Engine for Healthcare 8.7

This table describes issues resolved in this release that are of the most interest to and are likely to have the most impact on the Pega user and developer community.

The following ID reference is used:

  • Reference numbers beginning with “ISSUE ” or “BUG” refer to bugs logged in the Pega issue-tracking system.
  • Reference numbers beginning with “INC-” or “SR-” refer to corresponding Support Requests logged in My Support Portal.
IDTitle and description
BUG-615233Claims loaded or keyed manually with a year of 0000 are updated incorrectly to the year 2000.
BUG-639427The error message for the ICN entry when creating a claim inquiry is incorrect. The error message states that the user needs to enter a minimum of ten characters for the search. The message should detail that the entire ICN is required for the search.
