Visa claims resolution (VCR) enhancements
As part of the 8.7 release, Pega Smart Dispute for Acquirers now allows Acquirers to initiate Pre-compliance and Compliance cases in VCR so that Acquirers can use Smart Dispute as a platform for all case processing without switching to the VROL portal.
