Clicking checkboxes smoothed for Bulk Processing

While performing Bulk Processing, if the checkboxes used to select items for processing were marked in rapid succession, not all of the selected items were processed by the bulk action. This was due to the timing of the refresh on the boxes, and this has been adjusted so all boxes are refreshed by a refresh list instead of post value process.

Event based subscription processes corrected

After migration, "Event" based subscription processes were not firing. In this case, when distributed search was enabled (via following DSS - Pega-SearchEngine . indexing/distributed/index_enabled) and if "Work indexing" was enabled, Business events stopped working. This was due to an incorrect check on the enqueueLightWeight() function and has been corrected to use a blob based table if events fire.

UpgradeOnOpen style sheet handling corrected

The UpgradeOnOpen activity was run each time a harness was opened on the Developer Portal. This was inefficient, but also caused some manual UI changes to revert on the refresh due to the style sheet being incorrectly reset by the UpgradeOnOpen activity. This has been corrected.

Resolved NPE during Agent execution

If the connection pool size for eis/PRAdapter (default 10) was too low for the work environment, all agents in few application nodes saw a NPE and were unable to process any messages un until the node was restarted. As part of resolving this issue, it is recommended to increase the pool as necessary and monitor. The system has been updated such that if an agent is unable to startup due to any reason, that agent will be skipped by MasterForNewAgents and the process will continue. Previously, if any agent failed during startup with an exception, all other agents were skipped as well. The exception will be logged.

Handling added for 'agentinfoupdate' map exceptions

The function 'agentinfoupdate' updates a distributed map (provided by Hazelcast) for the purpose of an agent landing page. This distributed map was throwing exceptions which did not have proper handling, resulting in the agent scheduler being terminated and thereby stopping agent functionality. The required handling has been added to prevent this situation.

Added error handling for passivated dashboard tab

If the dashboard tab has been ide for 30 minutes or more, clicking on links on the tab generated 'not found' errors and NPE exceptions . This failure was traced to the passivation process, which does not save read-only pages and has been resolved by modifying change tracker logic to not send null values when read-only data page is not present.

A flow name label was taking the short description of the starting flow in the class group and appending the class names to it after the parenthesis. This has been corrected by ensuring the code is fetching from the correct cache to populate the label.

Timezone handling corrected for Locale Settings tool

When the Locale Settings tool was opened, the time zone was always shown as Etc/GMT+12 and did not reflect the current operator time zone. The time zone used is correctly amended based on the option chosen, but the 'selected' option in the select HTML code was not set to correctly reference the actual option selected. This has been fixed by adding a check to set the time zone from the step page if it does not exist in the recurrencedetailspage.
