SR-131266 · Issue 199637

Cleared exception during import of RAP by prpcUtils

Resolved in Pega Version 7.1.8

When attempting to import a RAP file through command line by using prpcUtils.sh, the build was successful and all the rules were imported but an SQL exception was generated related to the execution of Stored Procedure. The RAP file did not contain any code to execute stored procedure, so the execution was found to have been done internally by prpcUtils.sh. To prevent this, prpcUtils has been updated to use the data schema as the default schema for the connection while running against either of the DB2 dbs.

SR-131347 · Issue 198661

Changed Dependency Checker table-based cataloging to be case insensitive

Resolved in Pega Version 7.1.8

After updating, the Dependency Checker and Packager functions for v5 items in the table-base catalog features were not finding existing cataloged items that contained mixed case IDs. To resolve this, the dependency checking code has been modified to be case insensitive.

SR-132265 · Issue 200632

Improved hotfix detection

Resolved in Pega Version 7.1.8

Migrating from ML6 to ML7 was failing with an error reporting the system contained hotfixes that were generated after the release of ML7. This was due to the ML Readiness step incorrectly identifying pre-7.1 rules as having been updated after the upgrade to 7.1.6. This happened when the revalidate and save was run after the release of ML7, which updated the pxUpdateDateTime for the rules in question and led to them being caught by the validation. This was meant to catch hotfixes, and the handling has been improved to avoid this error.

SR-132538 · Issue 201237

Updated RD handling for WorkBasketAssignments

Resolved in Pega Version 7.1.8

After upgrade, if the Assign-WorkBasket pyWorkBasketAssignmentsDefinition report definition included the WHERE criteria .pxSystemFlow== 'FALSE', workbasket assignments for existing cases were not displayed in the harness. This was due to the new PXSYSTEMFLOW column in the pc_assign_workbasket DB table not properly handling this criteria, and a check has been added to resolve this.

SR-129239 · Issue 200337

Added handling for Flow not at Task error

Resolved in Pega Version 7.1.8

Flow not at task and flow removed errors were appearing sporadically. This happened when the trigger fired off the commit inside the post-processing called CorrUpdateNoWO and returned a stale copy of the Workobject, and was complicated by an assumption that was trying to iterate over "pzInternalCaseFlow". This has been addressed in the CORRUPDATENOWO activity.

SR-131217 · Issue 199744

Stopped unexpected trigger caused by attaching note with gadget

Resolved in Pega Version 7.1.8

Declarative rules were being fired every time a note was attached to a work object using the "Notes" gadget (not advanced notes link). To fix this, the pxAttachNote activity has been updated to not trigger the declarative chaining in this scenario.

SR-108805 · Issue 149539

Help updated to explain When Rule "ALL" Evaluation behavior

Resolved in Pega Version 7.1.7

A 'when' rule evaluating all pages in page list will only evaluate the properties on pages in the list that contain that property. This may cause a "true" result that does not match customer expectations. The hover help has been clarified to explicitly state that the evaluation results apply only for those pagelist entries where the property exists and not for all the page list entries.

SR-108838 · Issue 154989

Increased limit for Rule_Obj_CaseType

Resolved in Pega Version 7.1.7

Previously, Rule_Obj_CaseType was encountering a byte limit of 65535 in the JVM that impeded the ability to create a desired large number of coverable work types (54+). The system code has been modified to store the rule types differently to avoid generating extra lines of java code for each coverable case type.

SR-112203 · Issue 156906

Resolved in Pega Version 7.1.7

The "Top Performers" report in the Case Manager portal was returning incorrect values in the 'Avg. Velocity' column due to an incorrect calculation based on the number of days in the selected period. This has been corrected.
