Installer files updated with class loader conflict resolution assistance
Resolved in Pega Version 8.1.7
When sending emails with attachments, errors were observed relating to a loader constraint violation indicating that when resolving interface method, the class loader of the current class and the class loader for the method's defining class had different Class objects for the type used in the signature. The resolution for this requires user configuration of the app server, and the following files for the install guide have been updated with the appropriate information:Deployment-guides-dita/install.ditamap Deployment-guides-dita/Content/Topics/app-server-config/creating-jdbc-driver-module-jboss-tsk.dita Deployment-guides-dita/Content/Topics/app-server-config/delegating-javax-activation-to-JRE-loader-tsk.dita

Article on "Specifying the content of a product rule" updated
Resolved in Pega Version 8.7.1
The documentation for the 'Class instances to include' section of the Rule-Admin-Product form has been updated to more clearly specify that the report definition used as a filter requires the inclusion of the pzInsKey property in the data returned from the report definition. This can be accomplished by either of the following: * Include pzInsKey 'Edit columns' (Query Tab) section of the report definition. --or-- * On the 'Data Access' tab, 'Row key settings' section, check the 'Get row key' checkbox (it will list the row keys for the class -- pzInsKey should be among them).

Documentation updated for accessing D_pyUserInfoClaims
Resolved in Pega Version 8.6.5
When logging in using Org Credentials, trying to get the user details from D_pyUserInfoClaims did not return any information. This was due to the D_pyUserInfoClaims datapage being available only after authentication, so the claims information was not available during operator provisioning. The documentation located at https://docs.pega.com/security/86/mapping-operator-information-openid-connect-sso-authentication-service has been updated to include the following note: "This page becomes available and can only be accessed post authentication."
