About the System data instance

Purpose

This single data instance specifies system name and the production level of your entire Process Commander system. REMOVED The Short Description identifies this system as the source of a work object, when this system is a work source in an Integrated Work Manager.

Where referenced

The production level affects user access to objects of specific classes, through Access of Role to Object rules.

The Short Description appears in Integrated Work Manager displays. Choose a Short Description (.pyLabel value) that clearly identifies this system.
