Purpose

Report Shortcuts allow a manager, using the Report Browser area of the Manager portal, to execute a report by clicking a text value.

To create shortcuts, select > Application > Tools > Add Reports to Browser. (You cannot create a report shortcut data instance using the New dialog.)

Don't confuse Report Shortcuts with developer shortcuts, which are available in the Designer Studio and retrieve, but do not execute, rules.

Access

Using the Class Explorer, click Data– > Report– > Shortcut.

Where referenced

Report Shortcuts are visible on the Monitor Activity workspace of the Manager portal.
