Back ForwardAd hoc work

Ad hoc work is a task or subcase that is not formally defined in the case type hierarchy by a designer, but needs to get added by a user unexpectedly to track an action or task that is needed to manage the case.

A user can create a new ad-hoc task or ad-hoc subcase and add it to an existing case without having to wait for the application developers to formally create rules and modify the application to handle it.
