The standard flow rule Work-.RequestAssistance and the standard flow action rule Work-.RequestAssistance can support a collaboration or discussion among co-workers, saved as a series of note attachments, similar to a discussion forum thread. PROJ-585

To incorporate both features into appropriate points in a business process, add the RequestAssistance flow action to call the RequestAssistance flow (on the same work object). Connect completion of that flow to the original (or another) assignment in the first flow.

At runtime, a user choosing this flow action selects a co-worker who can provide assistance. The co-worker can respond with a note, choose another coworker to respond, or end the discussion. The system saves each participant's inputs as note attachments.
