A note attachment is an unformatted text message that a user can add to a work object. This may be typed in, or pasted in using the Windows clipboard.

The attachment is saved as an instance of the Data-WorkAttach-Note class. Once entered and saved, a note attachment cannot later be edited. BUG-4517 Rejected
