Back Forward System ID

The system ID, stored in the prconfig.xml file for your system and in the single System data instance (Data-Admin-System class) records (on the History tab) on which system a rule or data instance was created.

The normal system ID is pega. On the process page, property pxProcess.pxSystemName identifies the current system ID, sometimes called the system name.

NoteDon't confuse system with node. One Process Commander system can consist of multiple server nodes in a cluster. Also, one server computer can host simultaneous operation of two or more distinct, unrelated Process Commander systems, subject performance and capacity limitations. Both the system ID and the node ID (or node Short Description) appear by default on the login form. V6.1SP2 GRP-18073
