About System Settings rules

GetNextWork_WorkBasket
UrgencyThreshold
Supports the  Get Most Urgent   button and the standard GetNextWork activity. Initially set to zero for all production levels, so does not prevent any workbaskets from being searched. See Maximizing user productivity with GetNextWork and Activities — Process Engine API. B-20644

MoveAssignmentToWorklist
If set to false, GetNextWork keeps assignments in the workbasket and does not move them to the user's worklist. See Maximizing user productivity with GetNextWork.

MaxFlowEnteredCount

Sets the lock retry interval, in milliseconds, depending on production level, for the service level agent processing.
