Dashboard

A manager dashboard is a computer-generated display that presents current or recent operational information about the state of a business operation or task, also known as key performance indicators.

PRPC includes dashboards in these standard portals. You can adjust which reports or charts are appropriate for the line managers in your application.

• Case Manager portal — The My Dashboard tab provides access to your worklist, worklists of others in your work group, and speedometer charts showing the arrival rate and completion rate of cases. See Case Manager portal — Using the My Dashboard tab.

• Work Manager portal — The standard HTML rule Data-Gadget.IChartsDashboard presents four interactive charts. You can customize the gadgets that appear in the manager dashboard.
