Selecting the product and target systems

In the Select a Product section, select the product and version, and, optionally, a product patch that you want to migrate.

Select a Product.  
Product

SmartPrompt'Select an available product. These are products created in the Product rule form or in the Application Package wizard.

Version

SmartPrompt'Select a version for the product from the list.

Patch

SmartPrompt'Optional. Select an available product patch from the list.

Use existing .zip file

Select this check box if you want to reuse a .zip file that you have already created and exported. This eliminates the need to rebuild the file if you want to send it to a system other than one to which you originally sent it, or to resend the file to the original target system whose port address or context name might have changed since the first export. 

If you have changed the product, do not select the check box.

Select Saved Target Systems

This section appears only if you created target system instances, which are instances of Data-Admin-System-Targets.

Include?

Select the system if you want to export the product to it.

Host Name

Host name of the target Pega 7 server. This can be a machine name or an IP address.

Port Number

Target Pega 7 server port number, for example, 8080.

Context Root

Target Pega 7 server context root name, for example, prweb.

 

In the Specify Target Systems section, enter the target systems to which you want to migrate the product.

HTTPS?

Select to use HTTP with Secure Sockets Layer protocol for the transfer.

Host Name

Enter a target server host name. This can be a machine name or an IP address.

Port Number

Enter a target server port number, such as 8080.

Context Root

Enter a target server context root name such as prweb or prweb.war.

Click to add a row and specify another target system.
