You can stop a listener that is running in the cluster or on the specific node. The listeners that you stop are removed from the list.
You can stop:
A single listener instance
All listeners of a selected type in the cluster or on the specific node
All listeners in the cluster or on the specific node
To view and manage listeners on the Listener Management landing page, you must have the following privileges:
pzSystemOperationsObserver privilege to view the list of listeners and view more details about a listener.
pzSystemOperationsAdministrator privilege to view the list of listeners and perform all available actions on listeners.
Click Designer Studio > System > Operations > Listener Management.
Select a node from the list at the top left corner of the page:
Select All Nodes to stop all listeners of the specific type on all the nodes in the cluster on which they are running.
Select a specific node (either the current node or a remote node) to stop all the listeners of the specific type that are running only on this node.
Select the Stop by type option at the top of the page.
In the empty field below the Start listener option, press the Down Arrow key and select the listener type that you want to stop.
Click Apply.
Select a node from the list at the top left corner of the page:
Select All Nodes to stop all the listeners in all the nodes in the cluster on which they are running.
Select a specific node (either the current node or a remote node) to stop all the listeners that are running only on this node.
Click Stop all in the top section of the page.
Click Yes in the confirmation dialog box.
Select a node from the list at the top left corner of the page to manage listeners in the cluster (all nodes) or on a specific node (either the current node or a remote node).
Filter the list of listeners, to find the listener instance that you want to stop.
Select the check box next to the listener instance.
You can also select multiple listener instances to stop.
Click Stop on the top of the listeners list.
