Integration methods for surveys

You can use different techniques to integrate a survey, question page, or question with your application. By using the parts of a survey that are specific to your context, you can collect information from users in a clear, concise way.

The following integration techniques are supported:

  • Configuring the Survey shape in a flow to call a survey.

    This method is the best practice but requires the full structure of a survey, which includes question pages and questions.

  • Configuring the Question shape in a flow to display a question.

    This method is recommended for users who do not need the full structure of a survey, or who need to support offline processing.

  • Calling an API to display a question or survey in a screen flow.
