Creating an Alexa channel
Create Pega Intelligent Virtual Assistant (IVA) for Alexa so that users interact with a Pega Platform application through voice commands to open a case or to perform other actions, such as displaying a menu of options.
Before you begin: Perform the following tasks:
- Update the Pega Platform application access group. For more information, see Updating the access group for an IVA channel.
- Create a new channel for the IVA for Alexa. For more information, see Creating a conversational channel.
