Connecting Pega Customer Decision Hub for Communications to other applications

To activate the enhanced functionality of the Pega Customer Decision Hub for Communications application, connect your CDHCDemo application to the Product Catalog, Pega Customer Decision Hub, or a microsite by updating the corresponding dynamic system settings.

  1. Log in to your application by entering the administrator operator ID of the CDHCDemo application.
  2. In the navigation pane of Dev Studio, click Records SysAdminDynamic System Settings.
  3. In the list of dynamic system settings, update the system URLs:
    1. Update the ConnectProductCatalogURL with the Pega Product Catalog's URL in the http://hostname:port format.
    2. Update the ConnectMKTURL with the Pega Customer Decision Hub's URL in the http://hostname:port format.
