Configuring question categories
Manage the following categories of questions that display in the Customer Service Interaction Portal on the Customer retention screen: TV, Phone, Internet, Mobile, and Discount.
In the header of Dev Studio, click
.On the Pega Customer Decision Hub portal, click the Configuration icon and then click .
On the Manage Categories tab, to add a category, click Add category.
On the Manage Categories tab, to delete a category, click the trash icon.
