If you are deploying your Pega Customer Decision Hub application on the premises or in a third-party cloud, you need to set up a file repository and connect it to your Pega Platform instance.

You need a repository to define the data export location for Pega Customer Decision Hub during the implementation phase of application deployment. The Pega Customer Decision Hub application uses the repository to store exported interactions and decision results.
