Release 7.22.1 hotfixes

The following table describes the hotfixes that are required to support Pega Customer Service for Financial Services 7.22.1 - SDI 7.21 integrations.

Hotfix number	Prerequisites	Description
HFIX-32310 (SDI)	Pega Platform 7.2.2	Changes are required to address the following issues: A Parent case Claim ID is not routed to Smart Dispute user Workbaskets. In the Web Service Security portal, certain header text is not displayed properly. Resolving a Child Case (CS case) unexpectedly resolves its Parent case. A Pega Customer Service for Financial Services operator cannot access and process Smart Dispute assignments assigned to a backend operator.
HFIX-33330 (SDI)	Pega Platform 7.2.2	This hotfix package contains changes of February Interface Elements Spreadsheet (IES) drop and few functional changes like Customer Service Representative (CSR)-Low value write off, Document configuration and Configuration Panel for Customer Service Representative (CSR) dispute processing.
HFIX-33835 (SDI)	Pega Platform 7.2.2	Changes are required to address the following issues: "Associate Merchant Credit" screen is repeating for CSFS-SD interaction portal and backend portal. Unable to create Visa Europe Dispute for CSFS-SD/WSS interaction portal. Missing Attachments section for Dispute Multiple Transactions (DMT) in CSFS-SD interaction portal. WSS-Claim ID is getting created for MasterCard instead of Dispute.
HFIX-31446 (SDI)	Pega Platform 7.2.1	A Visa Claims Resolution patch is required for CSFS - SDI integrations. Note: Tested on FSIF 7.21 ML1 and FSIF 7.22.
